We are seeking an experienced and analytical Controller to lead all aspects of accounting, financial reporting, and internal controls for a multi-location, vertically integrated pet products business. This role will be pivotal in managing inventory accounting across manufacturing plants, 3PL operations, and Amazon channels while ensuring financial accuracy and operational efficiency.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in manufacturing cost accounting, Amazon FBA / FBM / AWD financial management, and Sage 100 Cloud ERP, along with a passion for leveraging AI and automation tools to streamline financial processes. You will collaborate closely with executive leadership, operations, and supply chain teams to bring visibility, structure, and insight to a growing, data-driven organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes across manufacturing, fulfillment, and e-commerce divisions.
• Prepare GAAP-compliant financial statements including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports.
• Oversee A / P, A / R, payroll, and banking operations to ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency.
• Consolidate financial results from manufacturing facilities, 3PL partners, and Amazon marketplace operations.
• Partner with leadership on financial reporting packages, forecasting, and variance analysis.
