What You'll Do :

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergencies as appropriate.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner to help maintain order within the transportation environment.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the assigned location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.

Maintain awareness of surroundings at all times while on patrol, reporting any unusual activity to Allied Universal management and / or client representatives as required.

Document and communicate any incidents, observations, or relevant information in accordance with Allied Universal and location protocols.

Assist passengers and / or staff with directions and information, supporting a welcoming environment within the transportation system.

Coordinate with Allied Universal team members and / or location personnel during emergencies, drills, or special events, following established protocols.

Minimum Requirements :

A valid New York State Security Guard License is required.

Customer service experience is preferred.

A valid guard card or license is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
