Organic Play & Therapy is pioneering an innovative approach to pediatric care for children ages 0-3, focusing on Play-Based Therapy. Position Overview :
We are looking for professionals who are enthusiastic about working in early intervention and play-based therapy. We offer comprehensive training, a collaborative work environment with co-treatment opportunities across disciplines (OT, CDS, PT), and wellness events.
Qualifications :
- Licensed in the State of California
- Master’s degree in Communicative Disorders and Sciences (MA or MS) from an accredited program
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Early intervention experience (preferred), including telehealth, in-person, and in-home service models
- CPR / First Aid certified
- Ability to handle confidential information with sensitivity
- Collaborative team player with an understanding of cultural differences
- Bilingual skills (Mandarin, Spanish, Farsi, Tagalog, etc.) are preferred but not required
Position Details :
Full-time available with flexible scheduling!Ability to create your own scheduleCaseload requires a minimum of 25–27 in-field hours, with the remaining hours dedicated to supervisory responsibilities for two SLPAs and conducting assessments.Provide ongoing caseload management and evaluations for eligibilityPay : $120,000.00 - $145,000.00 per year
Wages may vary based on experience, skills, and comparison to current team members.
Job Summary :
The ideal candidate is energetic, patient, and passionate about working with the early intervention population (birth to 3 years). Key responsibilities include :
Providing treatment for an ongoing caseload (number varies)Conducting assessments in-person.Updating treatment plans and recommending frequency changesWriting reports and tracking progress based on regional center timelinesA minimum of 2 years experience, supervise SLPA 's and carry a minimum caseloadCollaborating with a multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal outcomes for our clientsActively engaging in floor-time therapy and participating in physical activities (bending, squatting, running, kneeling, etc.)Benefits :
