CPA Accounting Manager

A company is looking for an Accounting Manager to strengthen its accounting and financial reporting functions as it scales.

Key Responsibilities

Lead preparation of financial statements in accordance with U.S. GAAP and manage financial close processes

Design and implement internal controls over financial reporting and maintain accounting policies

Oversee general ledger operations and partner with cross-functional teams for consistent accounting practices

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA required)

5-8+ years of progressive accounting experience, including public accounting and corporate exposure

Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and internal controls

Experience with complex financial disclosures and technical accounting areas

Hands-on experience with ERP systems and internal control design
