A company is looking for a Pharmacy Technician CPhT Prior Auth (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Review prior authorization requests against pharmacy plan criteria and request additional information as needed
Enter approvals or denials of requests accurately and facilitate prior authorization requests within established policies
Assist in resolving member prescription claims and provide support to member services, pharmacies, and health plan providers
Required Qualifications
At least 2 years of pharmacy technician experience or equivalent education and experience
Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) and / or active state pharmacy technician license
Ability to comply with Molina policies and maintain confidentiality per HIPAA regulations
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and applicable software programs
Ability to establish and maintain effective work relationships with coworkers and clients
