Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

Experience integrating AI into work processes and decision-making

Proficiency in customer-centered research techniques for product definition and design

Ability to define, plan, and execute research studies with clear objectives and methodologies

A portfolio showcasing impactful research that influenced user experiences

10+ years of experience in conducting customer-centered research is preferred
