Permanent OB / GYNs Urgently Needed in Remote NE Arizona; Choose your Schedule; Any U.S. State or Territory License Accepted

• Location : NE Arizona, Apache County, Fort Defiance, Remote-Navajo Reservation
• Setting : Critical Access Hospital & Clinic
• Date needed : ASAP
• Schedule : Choose one of the following :
• Every 4th weekend on-call, every 4th day on-call, the rest of the weekdays are in cliic
• 7 day on-call (consecutive) per month; no clinic
• Primary preference given to provider who are members of the Navajo Nation; Secondary preference to those who are members of other federally recognized iIndian tribes; All other candidates will be considered after primary / secondary candidates, or if no primary / secondary candidates have applied.
• Requirements :
• Graduate of an Accredited Medical School
• Must be Residency Trained in OB / GYN with certification, (minimum Board Eligible)
• Hold active, unrestricted license from any U.S. State or Territory
• Valid / Unrestricted / Clean DEA
• Clean Malpractice / NPDB
