A company is looking for a Client Service Associate to deliver exceptional client service and support in a hybrid wealth management environment.
Key Responsibilities
Communicate and collaborate with clients and team members to provide excellent service
Prepare documents for client meetings and assist with account administration functions
Execute the set-up and transfer of funds for new investment accounts and resolve client account issues
Required Qualifications and Education
College Degree
1-2 years of experience in a client or customer service role
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Experience with technology / software and CRM systems
Desire to provide concierge quality customer service
