Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales plans to achieve assigned quotas.
- Establish and conduct sales meetings with customers, presenting the Crown Castle value proposition.
- Drive new sales opportunities through the entire sales process.
- Cultivate strong relationships with decision‑makers and influencers within accounts.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers, providing a high level of customer service.
- Generate leads by prospecting and building and maintaining relationships throughout the industry.
- Effectively communicate across internal Crown Castle departments.
- Master internal sales and marketing programs and systems to maximize effectiveness.
- Maintain timely and accurate account and opportunity information in the CRM system.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts.
Qualifications
Education / Certifications
Bachelor’s degree preferred.Experience / Minimum Requirements
5+ years of business‑to‑business sales experience in Managed Solutions and Cyber Security.Proven experience selling to and maintaining Enterprise accounts.Proficient working knowledge of SD‑WAN, SASE, DDoS, cloud, and cyber defense solutions.Secondary working knowledge of WDM, Ethernet, IP, and other fiber optic services.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM applications.Organizational Relationship

Working Conditions
This is a hybrid role with the expectation of on‑site collaboration (must be located within commuting distance to NYC and Boston Metro) and may require up to 50% travel.

The salary range offered for this position is $89,600 – $123,100 annually. Incentive compensation opportunities may include a discretionary annual cash bonus, commissions, and equity incentives.
