Key Responsibilities :

• Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for sales-focused AI training, utilizing extensive knowledge of retail sales processes.
• Collaborate closely with AI development teams to provide real-world insights and feedback on retail sales personas.
• Create and curate training materials that mimic genuine retail sales scenarios, including objection handling and closing techniques.
• Review and refine AI-generated dialogues to ensure accuracy, professionalism, and effectiveness in sales interactions.
• Engage in beta testing, offering actionable feedback to enhance AI performance in customer engagement tasks.
• Document and report on patterns or inconsistencies identified in AI-driven sales conversations.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and the newest retail technologies.
