Junior Business Developer
We are seeking a motivated, high-energy Junior Business Developer with 2-4 years of experience to join our Intercompany Sales Excellence team. This role is designed for a professional ready to take the next step in their sales career, transitioning from lead generation into full-cycle business development. You will be responsible for identifying new market opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving revenue growth through strategic outreach and partnership building.
Key Responsibilities :
- Pipeline Generation : Identify, research, and map out prospective clients via incoming emails, cold calling, and personalized email outreach.
- Outreach & Engagement : Manage a high volume of outbound activities to qualified leads, pitching our solutions and booking discovery meetings.
- Client Discovery : Conduct initial discovery calls to understand prospect pain points, budget, and purchasing authority, mapping them to our solutions.
- Sales Process Management : Navigate the early stages of the sales cycle, leverage global network of capabilities to provide solutions to clients, maintaining accurate, up-to-date records in our CRM Scoro.
- Collaboration : Partner with marketing to refine outreach messaging and work closely with Account Executives to ensure smooth handoffs of qualified opportunities.
- Targets : Meet or exceed monthly / quarterly targets for meetings booked, qualified opportunities, and revenue closed.
Qualifications :
Experience : 24 years of experience in business development, sales development, or account management (ideally in B2B tech or professional services).Proven Track Record : Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed targets.Communication Skills : Exceptional verbal and written communication, with the ability to build rapport quickly over phone and email.Tools : Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft OfficeEducation : Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).Mindset : A proactive, "hunter" mentality, with the resilience to handle rejection and the curiosity to learn new industries.Compensation :
