EHS & Facilities Manager (Hands-On Role)

We’re looking for a hands-on EHS & Facilities Manager to own safety, compliance, and the day-to-day health of a production facility. This is a dual-role position for someone who enjoys being visible on the floor, improving systems, and keeping people safe while operations run smoothly.

What You’ll Do

Environmental Health & Safety

• Develop, implement, and maintain EHS programs (OSHA, EPA, and regulatory compliance)
• Lead safety audits, risk assessments, incident investigations, and corrective actions
• Manage near-miss reporting, workers’ compensation cases, and root cause analysis
• Deliver safety training (PPE, hazardous materials, emergency response, environmental compliance)
• Maintain environmental permits, reporting, and air / water / waste compliance
• Serve as the primary contact for regulatory agencies

What We’re Looking For

Salary & Benefits : $100,000-$120,000 / annual. Benefits to include medical, dental, vision, 11 paid company holidays, 401(k) with a company match of 100% up to 5%, vacation pay and more!!
