We are looking for a Licensed Physical Therapist to work in our Outpatient Physical Therapy Clinic. We are a busy clinic and are looking for someone who can handle a busy caseload. Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' physical abilities and limitations.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings and patient goals.
• Implement therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and modalities to improve patient mobility and function.
• Educate patients and their families about treatment plans, exercises, and home care strategies.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient evaluations, treatments, and progress notes in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Stay updated on advancements in physical therapy practices and participate in professional development opportunities.
• Supervise Physical Therapy Aides.

Experience

A degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program is required.

Strong knowledge of physiology, orthopedics, and rehabilitation principles is essential.

Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare team members.

Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment.

Pay : $90,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
