The Administrator is responsible for planning, developing and directing the program, services, activities and employees of the Ocean State Home Care agency to ensure compliance with state and federal policies. The Administrator oversees implementation, maintenance with Performance Improvement activities including the Corporate Compliance Program. He / she also chairs the homecare agency Professional Advisory Board and acts as the Privacy Officer. The Administrator continually assesses the needs of internal and external employees and the clients to meet and exceed their expectations and is responsible for continual growth and profitability of agency.
