Vice President of Claims

A company is looking for a Vice President, Cyber and Professional Liability Claims.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and develop professional and cyber liability claim teams, ensuring quality and timely resolution of complex claims

Monitor team performance, identify trends, and advocate for process efficiencies to improve operations

Foster a positive employee culture, select top talent, and ensure service excellence through coaching and recognition

Required Qualifications

Minimum of 10 years in executive-level claims leadership roles within the insurance industry

Advanced coverage acumen in Professional Liability and / or Cyber liability claim management

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience; advanced degree preferred

Experience managing teams and participating in claims discussions on coverage and liability

Strong leadership skills with emotional intelligence and the ability to drive change
