Investment Banking Analyst Program, Comerica Securities Location: Dallas, TX (Hybrid) Start Date: July 2025 The Investment Banking ("IB") Analyst Program -- is a challenging full time role designed to introduce new and recent college graduates to the foundational concepts and processes of investment banking, with a focus on merger, acquisition and divestiture ("M&A") advisory services and select junior capital / private placement assignments. IB Analysts work closely with other IB professionals to market the firm's advisory services to prospective investment banking clients, and to execute engaged advisory assignments on behalf of such entities. Prospects include both existing clients of Comerica Bank, as well as corporations or other entities that may not yet be clients of the broader firm; clients include both privately held and publicly listed companies, active across a range of industries and geographies. The base Analyst program is two years in length, with the possibility of a third year for select high performers. The program begins with an intensive training program that introduces new Analysts to the fundamental concepts of financial analysis and valuation. New Analysts gain exposure to the full scope of Comerica's capital markets and other product offerings, including related areas such as Loan Syndications, Fixed Income, Derivatives and Foreign Exchange. In some special cases (and depending on individual performance), direct promotion to Associate at program conclusion is possible without an MBA or similar graduate degree.2025 Investment Banking Analyst Program • Dallas, TX
