I’m currently working with several top-tier firms that are actively looking to add Insurance Defense / Personal Injury Defense Attorneys to their growing teams. These firms range from regional litigation boutiques to nationally recognized defense firms and they all offer supportive environments, competitive pay, and long-term growth potential.

What They're Looking For :

Attorneys with experience in :

Auto liability

Premises liability

Construction defect

Catastrophic injury defense

General liability & tort litigation

Ideal Candidate :

2+ years of experience (flexible depending on the firm)

Licensed and in good standing in PA

Confident managing their own caseload

Strong in writing, oral advocacy, and client communication
