Confidential Opportunity – Commercial Litigation Associate (2–5+ Years)

Location : Las Vegas, NV

Practice Area : Commercial Litigation (Defense)

A highly respected national law firm with a strong presence across all 50 states is seeking Commercial Litigation Associates with 2 to 5+ years of experience for its Las Vegas office . This is a confidential opportunity to join a dynamic team handling complex and high-stakes litigation matters.

About the Role :

The position involves working on a diverse caseload of commercial litigation matters , with opportunities to gain exposure to related areas such as :

  • Employment litigation
  • Construction disputes
  • Professional liability
  • Insurance coverage and bad faith
  • Product liability and general liability defense

Associates will have the opportunity to engage directly with clients, participate in hearings, depositions, and trial preparation, and contribute meaningfully to case strategy and execution.

Ideal Candidate Profile :

  • 2–5+ years of litigation experience (commercial litigation preferred)
  • Strong legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Nevada bar admission required
  • Trial experience is a plus but not mandatory
