Carrier Operations Specialist

A company is looking for a Carrier Operations Specialist to manage and optimize shipping carrier operations.

Key Responsibilities

Support and manage carrier settings within internal systems, including rate cards and service levels

Collaborate with engineering teams to resolve technical integration issues and ensure smooth data exchange

Work with carriers to understand their operations and translate those into technical requirements for internal teams

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and / or 3+ years of experience in a logistics or transportation-based role

Proven experience with parcel and / or final mile carrier operations

Strong command of Transportation Management Systems (TMS) software

Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities

Experience in data analysis and reporting using tools like Excel or SQL is a plus
