We are a private outpatient orthopedic physical therapy clinic located in Memorial, Sugar Land, and Katy! We are seeking motivated physical therapist to join our team for our Katy clinic!

Paramount is looking for physical therapists that are a team player with skills such as compassion, good communication, good time management, and resourcefulness.

Job Description : You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population, including those recovering from injuries, surgeries, or individuals seeking rehabilitation to enhance their overall physical well-being.

Responsibilities include but not limited to reviewing patients’ medical histories, diagnosing patients, developing individualized treatment plans with clear goals for patients, prescribing an appropriate plan of care by utilizing appropriate exercises and hands-on therapy to manage patients’ pain, increase mobility, and prevent further pain and injury.

Qualifications :

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree or equivalent.
• Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
• Commitment to providing high-quality patient care.
