Job introduction :

The USRM Electronic Content Solutions organization is looking to hire two Solutions Architects for the Publishing and Capture teams.

• The Publishing team is focused on consolidating U.S. Retail Markets legacy publishing technologies onto the home-grown cloud-native AWS platform (PubAPI) which is using open-source tools to create a single platform, while exploring convergence opportunities across the enterprise. The platform is responsible for providing the ability for customers to generate, package and distribute documents for personal lines, business lines, finance and claims business units within the organization.
• The Capture team is focused on building scalable enterprise solutions for processing high volumes of capture indexing and validation activities for content, and storage to content repositories which is using a mixture of vendors and internal applications. This team also provides the ability to extract, transcribe, recognize, redact, and analyze sentiment of the content received to enable automation and straight through processing.

The candidates will provide leadership and oversight on design, engineering, and development of information technology solutions and will work closely with Solutions Engineers and teams on engineering choices and how they align to enterprise well-architected framework. Develop specifications for new and existing products / services, applications and service offerings. Provides technical oversight and architecture / engineering solutions to large, strategic, complex system and application development projects, usually at the domain and product level. Uses professional concepts in developing resolution to critical issues and broad design matters. Recognized as a thought leader within discipline who influences decisions made by senior leadership and advances the craft of architecture within our organization.

The full salary range for this role reflects the competitive labor market value for all employees in these positions across the national market and provides an opportunity to progress as employees grow and develop within the role.
