Site Safety Lead

HazTek is seeking a qualified Safety Management Professional to serve as the Site Safety Lead in Wilmington, DE. This position supports large-scale construction activities and partners with project leadership to strengthen and expand the site's safety culture.

Responsibilities include :

• Lead and administer site-wide safety programs, ensuring compliance with OSHA and company standards
• Coach, mentor, and develop safety team members while guiding contractor leadership on hazard recognition and best practices
• Oversee incident investigations, corrective actions, and reporting of safety metrics / KPIs
• Conduct regular site safety inspections and coordinate safety activities across multiple projects
• Represent safety in project planning, high-risk work reviews, and contractor onboarding
