Macdonald & Company has been retained by two private real estate investment firms in South Florida to identify senior-level acquisitions leads to spearhead multifamily investment strategies across the Southeast and wider Sunbelt.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

• 8–15 years of experience in multifamily acquisitions or investments (institutional or entrepreneurial platforms).
• Proven transaction track record across Florida or the broader Sunbelt.
• Strong sourcing network, underwriting capability, and capital markets fluency.
• Ability to lead deal execution from sourcing through closing.

Ideal for candidates currently in VP, Director, or Principal-level seats seeking platform growth and direct exposure to ownership, and equity participation.
