Job Type : Locum Tenens
Location : Galesburg, IL
Service Setting : Ambulatory Clinic, OR, and Hospital
Coverage Type : Clinical + Call
Coverage Period : TBD Ongoing
Clinical Shift Schedule : Mon Fri, 8 : 00 AM 5 : 00 PM (Clinic and OR); estimated 15 shifts / month
On-Call Shift Schedule : Night call during the week
Call Type : 30-minute response
Call Response Time : 30 minutes

Start date TBD

Minimum commitment : 1 week at a time; preference for 6+ month availability

Cystoscopy (in-office)

General urology procedures ("bread & butter") in OR

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Licenses : Active Illinois license or IMLC in-hand required

Board : Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology

DEA : Active DEA Certification required

Certifications : ACLS, BLS

Experience : Minimum 1 year in specialty

Other Qualifications : None specified

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide urology services in clinic, OR, and hospital settings

Perform cystoscopies and general urology procedures

Participate in weekday night call coverage

Respond to ER and inpatient consults as needed
