A company is looking for a Senior Program Manager, Enterprise Growth & Capital Programs.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee end-to-end delivery of enterprise-level growth programs, ensuring alignment with customer needs and business objectives
Develop and manage integrated program plans using PMI standards, coordinating with project managers and ensuring accountability for project success
Lead cross-functional teams and serve as the primary interface with customers and stakeholders, providing guidance and communication throughout the project lifecycle
Required Qualifications
8+ years of experience leading complex, cross-functional, enterprise-level programs
Proven experience with facilities-driven or capital-intensive initiatives such as site builds and expansions
PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is required
Demonstrated expertise in applying PMI standards and methodologies across the full project lifecycle
Experience supporting product launches or large-scale growth initiatives
