Overview Roysons Corporation is seeking a talented and dynamic Creative Liaison with a passion for design to join our wallcovering design team. This role liaises between customer creatives and in-house design studios to ensure seamless communication and the successful development of new designs and artwork. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of design trends, technical aspects of wallcovering production (digital and gravure), and excellent interpersonal skills. Location : Rockaway, NJ.

Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact between customer studios and company studios for new product development, ensuring clear and effective communication regarding design requirements and specifications.

Collaborate with designers, production teams, and clients to translate artistic visions into practical applications for wallcovering production.

Facilitate the development of new designs from concept through production, incorporating technical production capabilities and client feedback.

Present design concepts and prototypes to clients, gather feedback, and coordinate necessary revisions to meet client satisfaction.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and advancements in printing technology and materials.

Provide creative input and support for in-house design initiatives and potential new product lines (analog and digital).

Build and sustain relationships with current customers while developing new relationships.

Travel and entertain as needed to promote and nurture customer relationships; act as Brand Ambassador for wallcovering at trade shows and related events.

Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Graphic / Surface Design, Industrial Design, Textile Design, or a related field.

Proven experience in a design-related role, preferably in wallcovering, textile, or printing industries.

Strong portfolio showcasing creative design skills and successful project executions.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate client wishes into tangible products while meeting production requirements.

Proficient in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite or similar.

Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Detail-oriented with a keen eye for aesthetics and material quality.

Strong color evaluation能力 (e.g., Munsell color system) or equivalent.
