    • Key Responsibilities :
    • Represent clients in
    • immigration court (EOIR) hearings
    • , including master, bond and individual hearings.
    • Conduct initial
    • intake consultations
    • and assist with client retention strategies.
    • Prepare and file motions, briefs, and supporting documents for court proceedings.
    • Manage a dedicated caseload with the autonomy to strategize for the best client outcomes.
    • Attend USCIS interviews when necessary (limited caseload).
    • Provide clients with timely updates and compassionate guidance throughout their case.
    • Maintain organized case lists, manage deadlines, and monitor court calendars.
    • Collaborate with the managing attorney and a dedicated EOIR team for case reviews and strategy development.
    • What We're Looking For :
    • 1-3 years of experience
    • in immigration law, with a strong preference for experience in
    • immigration court (EOIR)
    • and bond hearings.
    • Bilingual in Spanish and English
    • (required).
    • Juris Doctor (JD) degree and
    • licensed in any U.S. jurisdiction
    • (or have sat for the most recent bar exam). Texas licensure is a large plus.
    • Strong research, writing, and advocacy skills, with a passion for courtroom representation.
    • Client-focused with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
    • Comfortable assisting with
    • client intakes and building strong client relationships
    • to enhance retention.
