Accurately enroll members and update membership records
Provide exceptional customer service and act on performance feedback
Required Qualifications
Healthcare experience
Customer service background
Ability to work remotely from D.C., MD, or VA
Willingness to learn and adapt to new skills
Ability to maintain cultural sensitivity
