Senior Counsel, State Licensed

A company is looking for a Senior Counsel, Channel & Commercial.

Key Responsibilities

Draft and negotiate reseller, MSSP, and partnership agreements, along with terms and conditions for channel programs

Draft, review, and negotiate vendor agreements, including SaaS and license agreements

Collaborate with sales and business development teams, providing legal advice and support

Required Qualifications

J.D. degree from an accredited U.S. law school and active admission to a State Bar

7-10+ years of experience in drafting and negotiating complex agreements

Extensive background in commercial transactions within technology and SaaS industries

Knowledge of data privacy and security regulations (CCPA, GDPR, etc.)

Experience working with large multinational partners and vendors
