Senior Engineering Manager

A company is looking for a Senior Engineering Manager : Data and Insights, Business Systems.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a high-performing team of data engineers and automation specialists

Build and own end-to-end data solutions, including ETL / ELT processing frameworks and scalable data models

Drive innovation in AI and automation frameworks for Finance and HR functions

Required Qualifications

8+ years of experience in data engineering, analytics engineering, or related technical roles

3-5+ years of engineering management experience leading teams of 3-10+ engineers

Expert-level skills in Python and SQL with production-grade code quality

Hands-on experience with modern orchestration tools and cloud data platforms

Understanding of SOX compliance and experience implementing data controls for financial and HR systems
