📍 Location : NYC

🗓️ Start : 09 / 29 / 2025 | End : 12 / 27 / 2025

⏰ Schedule : 40 hrs / week | Hybrid (50% office, 50% field)

🩺 Focus : Maternal + Adult Care | CHHA experience required

About the Role

We’re seeking an experienced RN Nurse Educator to lead staff development and clinical education for a large home care program in NYC. This role blends training, supervision, and hands-on nursing expertise , ensuring staff readiness and excellence in patient care.

What You’ll Do

• Lead Field Preceptor Program & clinical skills training
• Educate staff on maternal, adult, and behavioral health topics
• Conduct supervisory field visits & competency assessments
• Ensure compliance with DOH, CMS, and Joint Commission standards
• Support OASIS documentation accuracy
• Provide direct patient care in the field as needed
