Key Responsibilities
Provides customer-friendly services and engages individuals in an empathic manner
Delivers direct care services aligned with the organization's philosophy
Reviews service requests and documents interactions in accordance with established policies
Required Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent
At least three years of active duty service or relevant military experience
Demonstrated ability to use a computer for recording services
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
May be required to work nights, weekends, and holidays
