Key Responsibilities

Manage the day-to-day functions of business and reporting analysts

Design and implement analytical models and reporting solutions

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent work experience

Master's Degree in a related field preferred

7+ years of experience in an analytical role supporting business departments

5+ years of experience in marketing / customer database analytics

3+ years of management experience
