Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Mass Tort Paralegal to support attorneys and manage day-to-day casework in our Mass Torts department. This role involves litigation support, supervising case managers, and ensuring efficient case management across multiple dockets

Responsibilities

• Draft and file pleadings, discovery, and correspondence in state and federal courts.
• Conduct legal research, review documents, and manage case files.
• Organize evidence, track litigation calendars, and monitor dockets.
• Communicate with clients, vendors, and co-counsel.
• Train, mentor, and supervise case managers.
• Maintain accurate records in case management software (Neos preferred).
