Position Overview
We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Lead for the Slab Desk Will Call area to oversee daily operations and ensure exceptional service delivery. This role combines hands-on customer service with team leadership responsibilities, serving as both a front-line representative and a key escalation point for internal staff and customers.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the lead over the Slab Desk Will Call team, ensuring quality, efficiency, and adherence to company standards.
Assist walk-in customers at the slab desk, answer incoming calls, and respond to inquiries via email and fax.
Perform data entry for tile orders using internal systems and Excel spreadsheets.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $24.00 / hr.
