A company is looking for a Support Engineer (East Coast Working Hours).
Key Responsibilities
Manage the intake, triage, and routing of support requests across various customer channels
Conduct troubleshooting to identify root causes and escalate issues to engineering teams as needed
Document issues in ticketing systems and contribute to the development of internal resources and playbooks
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in a technical, customer-facing role, preferably in SaaS
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Data Science, Computer Science, or related field
Proficiency in reading, writing, and debugging JavaScript; familiarity with HTML / CSS
Experience with REST and GraphQL APIs, and log monitoring tools like Datadog
Familiarity with ticketing systems such as Linear, Asana, or Jira
