Key Responsibilities

Provide analysis and direction around the quality of claims processes

Engineer customized client audits and monitor performance metrics

Develop processes to ensure compliance and conduct internal and external audits

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma

Minimum of 7 years related Worker's Compensation claims experience

Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices

Computer experience with related claims and business software

Previous auditing experience is preferred
