Connect with your calling.\n\nThe Arbors of Shelburne is looking for LPNs / RNs to join their dedicated team!\n\nPart Time Overnights (three 8 hour shifts a week)\n\nUp to $42 / HR++ Shift Differentials!\n\nWe are looking for a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team! As a Licensed Practical Nurse, your main role will be to deliver nursing care to our residents within a warm, comfortable, and home-like environment. • Accurately assesses, communicates, and documents residents' status.\n
• Observes and reports any significant changes in resident behavior and health to the Resident Care Director, physician, family, RCAs, and Executive Director per state regulations.\n
• Directs and supervises the daily work assignments of the Resident Care Assistants.\n
• Closely mentors, guides, and directs the Lead Resident Care Assistants in all aspects of their job.\n
• Coordinates care needs with community providers via an effective case management process.\n
• Effectively balances service demands with supporting resident independence.\n
• Recognizes and assists in the prevention of elder abuse, neglect, and exploitation (financial and other) and reports to appropriate sources per state regulations.\n
• Responds to emergencies and personal emergency response system and knows when to call for backup.\n\nRequirements\n
• Current state license as an LPN and CPR certification\n
• Graduate of an approved LPN program (per state requirements)\n
• Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience working as a nurse preferred\n
