Procurement Manager

A company is looking for a Procurement Manager responsible for overseeing the vendor lifecycle and optimizing procurement processes.

Key Responsibilities

Design and implement centralized vendor request and approval processes, procurement policies, and documentation standards

Draft, review, and negotiate vendor contracts while managing renewals and compliance with financial terms

Analyze vendor spend and pricing trends to identify cost-saving opportunities and ensure budget alignment

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field

5-8+ years of experience in procurement, vendor management, or contract management

Experience in building or improving procurement workflows in a growing organization

Proven experience in negotiating commercial contracts and managing vendor relationships

Familiarity with procurement or contract management systems, such as NetSuite
