We are on the lookout for enthusiastic and skilled servers and bartenders to join our dynamic team! In your role as a Server, you will play a key part in elevating the guest experience by recommending and serving high-quality food and beverages. As a primary contact for guests, it is vital to maintain a friendly, attentive demeanor at all times while reporting directly to the Front of the House Manager or Manager on Duty.

Key Responsibilities as a Server :

• Manage guest incidents and complaints effectively.
• Utilize excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Accurately handle cash and paperwork.
• Serve as a role model for other team members.
• Make informed and sound judgment calls.
• Know the Fiery Crab menus, policies, and procedures inside-out.
• Be well-versed in our Point of Sale system.
• Exhibit good manners, hygiene, a positive attitude, and punctuality.
• Thrive under pressure in a high-volume restaurant setting.

We seek proactive bartenders / servers who can provide an exceptional beverage experience. Top-notch bartenders will craft both classic and innovative drinks that exceed customers' expectations. Your compensation will include a salary plus tips.
