ServiceNow Consultant

A company is looking for a ServiceNow Consultant - Remote.

Key Responsibilities :

Provide subject matter expertise and act as a technical product advocate for the ServiceNow platform

Design, develop, and implement ITIL processes and various management modules within ServiceNow

Research and evaluate alternative solutions, proposing efficient and cost-effective recommendations

Required Qualifications :

Experience with ITIL processes and ServiceNow platform

Proficiency in designing and implementing ITSM modules

Ability to translate requirements into functional and technical specifications

Knowledge of technology-specific best practices and standards

Experience in proposing data model and design changes
