Indiana Licensed Service Specialist

A company is looking for an RCS Service Specialist for evening shifts.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze and process incoming / outgoing telephone calls, including emergency situations

Maintain the organization's knowledge database, including physician schedules and contact information

Diagnose and resolve issues with telecommunication systems and computers

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

Ability to operate various telecommunication systems effectively

Knowledge of medical terminology

Excellent attendance and punctuality

Ability to multi-task and manage stressful situations

Experience with typing and PC operations
