Summary :

Focus on production stability through the implementation of Lean methodologies , rate readiness assessments , and facility footprint improvements .

Utilize root cause analysis and process improvements to enhance the flow of products and personnel throughout the site.

Candidates will collaborate with manufacturing, engineering, and production-support teams and should be self-starters and collaborative team players .

This role provides exposure to all facets of aerospace manufacturing , including supply chain logistics , transportation , and the fabrication of raw materials into assemblies delivered to programs worldwide.

Requirements :

Bachelor's degree or higher in an Engineering field.

3+ years of experience in engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, or production environments.

3+ years of experience defining, developing, implementing, or improving production processes .

Must be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR).

Preferred Skills :

Strong time management , communication , and organizational skills.

3+ years of experience with Lean Manufacturing and a solid understanding of lean principles.

Experience developing and deploying standard processes .

Proficiency in structured problem-solving and Microsoft Office Suite .
