Required Skills

• Intermediate knowledge of building systems including HVAC, lighting, controls, generators, and water systems
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting design and construction plans, project submittals, control diagrams, etc.
• Intermediate ERP skills, including job cost reporting
• Strong financial acumen related to projects
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products, especially Excel and Microsoft Project
