Position Overview : We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Pediatric Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) to join our team. The OTA will work under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist to provide high-quality, evidence-based therapy services to children with a variety of developmental, sensory, motor, and behavioral needs. Responsibilities : Implement individualized treatment plans as directed by the supervising Occupational Therapist. Provide therapy sessions focusing on ADL, fine motor, gross motor, sensory processing, executive function, feeding, and play skills. Document treatment sessions accurately and timely in compliance with clinic policies. Collaborate with the OT, other therapy staff, and families to support each child’s goals. Assist in preparing and maintaining therapy materials and equipment. Participate in team meetings, trainings, and continuing education opportunities. Qualifications : Associate’s degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program. Current state licensure / certification as an Occupational Therapy Assistant. Experience or strong interest in working with children and families. Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills. Ability to adapt to the needs of children with diverse abilities and learning styles. Preferred Skills : Pediatric therapy experience (clinic, school, or hospital setting). Knowledge of sensory integration, feeding therapy, or other pediatric specialty areas. Bilingual skills a plus. What We Offer : Supportive, collaborative work environment.
