$10k geography stipend guaranteed for two years

Compensation - competitive salary ranges from $320k to $375k based on experience

Up to $250k recruitment incentives

Residency / Fellowship stipend -

up to 45k; available up to 18 months prior to graduation

Continuing medical education -

15 working days and $4,500 CME funds

Fully paid relocation

401k - Geisinger annually contributes over $15k

Academic involvement with medical students and residents
