We are seeking a skilled Field Structural Steel Supervisor to oversee our Structural Erection Projects reporting to the Field Manager. The ideal candidate will have expertise in rigging and erecting steel and leading teams to work in the safest and most efficient manner possible.

## Duties

• Successfully leading 5-20 personnel; Manage and coordinate all field activities to meet production goals
• Setting specific daily goals and ensure compliance with codes and standards in all fabrication and field erection processes
• Experience in D.1.1, fracture critical, x-ray, ultrasound, weld quality management
• Utilize mechanical knowledge of thorough blueprint knowledge to build and assemble highly complex components
• Manage and inspire a group of individuals to accomplish something great, every day.

## Requirements

Proficiency in advanced math, blueprint reading, a relentless passion for excellence

Experience in heaving steel fabrication, training, and testing personnel

OSHA 10 or OSHA 30

Ability to interpret codes and standards for fabrication processes

Job Type : Full-time

Pay : $52,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
