A Master's degree or higher in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field. Therapists are responsible for their own location for in-person sessions but will receive support in finding shared spaces with other SonderMind therapists.

As a Mental Health Therapist at SonderMind, you'll play a vital role in providing licensed therapy services through both telehealth and in-person sessions. Here’s what you can expect :

Compensation :
Pay ranges from $74 to $92 per hour, based on provider license type, session location, and session types.
