Field Performance Advisor (FPA)

The Field Performance Advisor (FPA) drives supplier performance and continuous improvement through regular on-site engagement, performance analysis, and consultative support. This role works directly with construction suppliers to identify real-time safety, quality, and productivity gaps, improve crew effectiveness, and optimize processes and tool utilization across multiple markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site supplier visits to evaluate safety, quality, productivity, and compliance.
• Analyze performance metrics such as cycle time, close-out accuracy, safety compliance, tool utilization, and customer requirements.
• Identify performance gaps and partner with suppliers to implement corrective actions and process improvements.
• Perform root-cause analysis and resolve construction, safety, and quality issues in real time.
• Plan and prioritize site visits based on supplier KPIs and market needs.
• Collaborate with project, construction, safety, and operational teams to support site execution and delivery.
• Collect and report supplier performance data to support process improvements and standardization.
• Build strong supplier relationships that promote accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement.
