We’re looking for an experienced HR Business Partner who is passionate about creating supportive, fair, and engaging workplaces. In this full-time, on-site role, you’ll partner closely with leaders and HR teams across multiple hospital locations (with occasional travel required) to guide employee relations matters and strengthen leader capability. Most of your work will focus on helping leaders navigate performance, conduct, and workplace concerns with empathy, consistency, and compliance—building trust and reducing risk through early, effective interventions. You’ll also provide thoughtful guidance in both union and non-union environments, supporting leaders in fostering open communication and positive engagement that helps every team thrive.

Serves as a strategic advisor to business leaders, combining deep HR expertise with a strong business acumen, and may be responsible for leading other team members as assigned. This role is pivotal in managing complex employee relations, driving engagement, and supporting talent development and workforce planning.
